Small applications I design, build and run myself, from the first idea to the live server.

I believe technology leaders should stay close to the craft. These projects are where I put new tools and AI-assisted development to the test end to end: product thinking, data model, security, hosting and the daily experience of real users. They are private projects, independent of MBS Logistics, and each one solves a problem I actually have.

What it does

A photo-first drink journal. Check in at a bar or restaurant, snap every drink of the evening, confirm the AI suggestion and turn the night into a clean recap, ready for Instagram or simply for your own memory.

Why it exists

Wine and good bars are part of my life outside the office. DRINKD keeps those evenings in one place and doubles as my test bed for practical AI image recognition: a local pre-recognition step handles the obvious cases, and the language model is only asked when it really adds value.

Familie

Tasks, learning and appointments for the whole family.

What it does

A family organiser with two roles. Parents plan one-off tasks, recurring routines and weekly goals such as "read five times a week". Kids get a clear "Today" view with reminders, tick off what is done, and parents confirm where it matters.

Why it exists

Structure works best when it is visible and fair. Instead of paper lists on the fridge or a commercial app full of ads and tracking, I built our own system, where the kids take real ownership of school, learning and sport. It is now open to every family, free of charge.
